Booking agreement

If you have chosen a specific apartment, we will reserve it for you under a booking agreement after you pay the booking fee of €5,000. This must be paid within 5 days of signing the booking agreement.
Step 2
Preliminary agreement
20% of the apartment price
The preliminary purchase agreement must be signed within 30 days of signing the booking agreement. By signing, you commit to pay 20% of the total purchase price of the apartment.
The paid booking fee is included in this payment.
Step 3
Purchase agreement
80% of the apartment price
You will pay the remaining 80% after the building receives final approval, when signing the purchase agreement and the application for registration in the land register.
